Follow these and you’ll fit more in every container.
Concrete, brick, shingles, and appliances go in first flat on the floor. This lowers the center of gravity and creates a stable base for lighter material on top.
Flatten cardboard, remove cabinet doors, disassemble furniture. Air space is wasted money. A mattress flat against the wall takes a fraction of the space it does standing up.
Pack small pieces — insulation chunks, drywall scraps, small wood — into gaps between large items. Every open gap is volume you’re paying for but not using.
The container must be loaded level with the top rail. Nothing can stick above the sides. We can’t transport an overfilled container legally or safely.
Volume fills it. Weight maxes it out before it looks full.
Each container has a weight limit. Load too much heavy material and you’ll hit the limit before the box looks full. Overage charges run $75–$150 per ton over the limit.
When you call, tell us your heaviest material. We size accordingly so you pay exactly what we quoted — no overages.

We can’t legally transport an overfilled container. We’ll call you to remove excess material before pickup. Level with the rail is the rule.
Yes. Flat and dense is always better than tall and loose. Disassemble, flatten, and fill gaps before adding the next layer.
No — don’t drive over the container with vehicles. Place it where you can load from the side without driving over it.
