$25
Off Your Rental If We’re Late
HOW IT WORKS
Our Owensboro Dumpster Delivery Guarantee
When you book, we give you a delivery window — not a vague “sometime today.” If we miss that window, $25 comes off your invoice automatically. You don’t have to catch us on it, fill out a claim form, or argue about it on the phone. It’s built into how we operate, not a policy you have to invoke.
WHY WE OFFER THIS
Why a Missed Window Actually Matters
Your Time Has Value
Waiting around for a delivery that shows up whenever costs you real time — especially if you took time off work or scheduled a crew around it.
It Keeps Us Honest
A guarantee with a real cost to us if we miss it means we build our routes to actually hit the windows we promise, not just hope we do.
Contractors Depend On It
A late dumpster on a job site means idle crew time. This guarantee reflects that a missed window isn’t a minor inconvenience for a lot of our customers.
No Fine Print
There’s no asterisk that excludes half the situations. If we’re late to your confirmed window, the $25 comes off — that’s the whole policy.
THE OTHER HALF OF OUR PROMISE
The Quote Is the Price — Our Second Guarantee
Alongside our delivery guarantee, we also guarantee no fuel surcharges, no pickup fees, and no surprise invoices. If your load runs heavier than expected, you’ll hear from us before pickup, never after. See our full pricing breakdown for details.
