Service Terms

Dumpster rentals are subject to the terms agreed upon at time of booking, including rental period, weight limits, accepted materials, and pricing. Overage charges apply for loads exceeding the included weight allowance at the per-ton rate disclosed at booking. Prohibited materials (hazardous waste, liquids, asbestos-containing materials, etc.) may not be placed in rented containers. The customer is responsible for ensuring only permitted materials are loaded.

Placement and Property Responsibility

The customer is responsible for designating a safe and legal placement location for the container. Owensboro Dumpster Rental is not liable for damage to driveways, surfaces, or property resulting from container placement, except where such damage results from our driver’s negligence. Customers are responsible for obtaining any permits required by the City of Owensboro or Daviess County for container placement in a public right-of-way.

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and page structure — is the property of Owensboro Dumpster Rental and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
