Placement and Property Responsibility
The customer is responsible for designating a safe, legal placement location. We are not liable for damage to driveways or surfaces resulting from container placement, except where damage results from our driver’s negligence. Customers are responsible for any permits required by the City of Owensboro or Daviess County.
